Life is unpredictable, and resilience is crucial in facing its challenges. I believe in the inherent strength within each of us and am here to guide you through a journey of empowerment, healing, and growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s get started together!

Whether we believe it or not, our lived experiences have created a core belief about ourselves and influences a core language we use to describe ourselves, which prevents us from being our authentic self or the desire to change. Here’s a truth, you have permission. You have the permission to change, to grow, to develop, to advocate for what you need, create new habits and, to unlearn and learn again. The beauty in the journey is you don’t have to do it alone and I’m here to journey with you.

I believe that you know your story best. Utilizing modalities such as CBT, Solution focused and Narrative therapy to support you bringing meaning to your lived experiences. I support individuals with navigating through life transitions, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, spirituality, trauma and more.

It is my desire to hold space for you in the therapeutic relationship and that you feel heard, validated, affirmed and at times challenged all in a joint effort to get you where you want to be holistically.

Hello, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for almost two decades. I am passionate about supporting individuals in need of relief from emotional pain.

I believe in the importance of open and vulnerable communication and I work very hard to help families become closer through safe conversations. It is my belief that providing support to family members individually and collectively can foster a safe, emotionally healthy, and engaging environment for all.

Clients have the option of a spiritual and/or a non-spiritual therapeutic experience. Regardless of the approach of your choosing, I will respect and meet you wherever you are.

It may sometimes feel like you are drowning in all of life’s stressors, demands and expectations, but you do not need to go through it alone. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I pride myself in being able to create a safe space for clients to take a deep breath, put down the heavy load and engage in a joint process to help you overcome the challenges,in a short- term solution focused manner. My approach to counselling is person-centred which means I take into consideration the client’s lived experiences, worldview and incorporate other modalities such as CBT as needed.

I am trained to work with various topics such as anxiety, depression, and self esteem.I enjoy working with couples premarital and marital to sustain healthy relationships. I have extensive experience working with immigrant and refugee clients, individuals who identify as bi/multicultural and those transitioning into new careers, lifes and relationships.

I believe in co-learning for both the clients and myself, therefore placing great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and creating individualized experiences of counselling.
