I’m Tina, a therapist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. My background has given me both professional knowledge and personal insight into the challenges people face.
Professionally, I’ve worked in social services, mental health, and community support, supporting individuals from diverse cultures and life stages. These experiences have shown me the strength and uniqueness in every person’s story.
On a personal level, I understand how anxiety, self-doubt, and life’s big questions can feel overwhelming. Coming from a family of five, I’ve seen firsthand how uncertainty can shape us—but also how support can make a difference. My own journey has taught me that no one has to face their struggles alone, and it’s this belief that drives my work.
Today, I combine my education, professional experience, and personal understanding to create a safe, compassionate space for clients. Whether through therapy, advocacy, or simply listening, my goal is to help others find clarity, confidence, and their own path forward.
