With over 12 years of experience in mental health, I use an integrative, person-centred approach, combining traditional therapies like CBT and DBT with specialized techniques such as Brainspotting and Flash Technique. My practice is grounded in a holistic perspective, inspired by generations of natural healing traditions that prioritize meeting each client exactly where they are.

As an immigrant, mother, and wife who came into Canada with children of different ages, I had to learn and relearn new ways to cope with my reality. I can relate to some of the challenges families, parents, or single parents face as newcomers in Canada.

I am well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Tree of Life Narrative (TOL) with positive and effective outcomes with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds. I can therefore help you build communication and coping skills that can enable you deal with grief, anxiety, depression, personal growth, parenting, cultural biases, conflict resolution, stress, anger management, and self-esteem issues.

I will collaborate with you using research-based techniques that fit your needs and uniqueness. I also have passion in helping women enjoy their sex life and communicate their needs clearly without feeling guilty.
