Weaving through your strengths and resources, I bring in my lived experience as someone who has had
to re-start a few things in life. I believe it is never too late to embark on a journey to achieve better
health. I studied, worked and lived in 4 different continents: Africa, Europe, Asia and North America and
I am passionate about walking alongside families, youths, seniors and individuals from diverse backgrounds on their journey to whole health as they harness their internal and external resources to get to optimum mental health. As a Christian, my approach to work is based on Amos 3:3- “Can two walk together unless they agree?”
My goal is to support you to heal one layer at a time. You’re not broken. Through exploration, we can
get to the core of the problem, identify your desired dream life and apply your internal resources to attain holistic healing. If you feel like you cannot do it anymore, reach out. It does not have to be lonely, dark, painful, and confusing as it has been. I can help. An African proverb says “If you want to run fast, go alone but if you want to run far, go with someone.” People can heal in positive relationships. Let me help you run far.
As former child intervention worker, I have experience working with people involved with child and
family services, bicultural parenting and persons who struggle with serious and persistent mental illness
and addictions. Mindful of structural and systemic invitations that contribute to mental distress, I love to use a holistic
lens that doesn’t only consider the bio-psychosocial and spiritual factors but also focus on addressing other social determinants of health.
